Where's the electricity going to come from? SMR Nuclear Reactors and Renewables. Really? There are no commercial finished working SMRs and they could easily be 20 years out. Struggling with the UKHSA Covid figures. Cases, admissions, patients, deaths essentially flat at roughly April 24 figures. Testing peaking at same rate as Jan 24. Positivity right down. So we're testing for Covid in lots of severe flu cases arriving in hospital and not finding it? An Americano is so simple. 40ml Campari, 40ml Red Vermouth, 80ml soda in a Collins glass. Three Sheets have turned this into a complicated batch.

Cut everything in 5 for a single portion. 25ml Campari, 25ml (Sweet) white wine, 5ml Luxardo cherry syrup, 2.5ml dbl syrup, 1ml cider vinegar, 1 dash angostura, tiny pinch of salt. Top with 75ml soda, Twisted bay leaf-Luxardo cherry garnish.

It's delish, but what a faff.
