Yes, please! I have been pondering about this for a long time, in particular when I have to deal with the consequences of code written by cowboys. I see a lot of code written by undergrads, put together by copying pieces from stackoverflow, full of data loss paths, data leaks and security exploits ending in production code.

I am amazed by the fact the world is still intact, but then we hear about it every day in the news.

Thing is, you need a licence to be a plumber. Time for a licence for CS.
