Friday Night Cocktail.
Hawksmoor's "Shaky Pete's Ginger Brew"

- 50ml ginger syrup (left over from Waitrose stem ginger in syrup)
- 50ml lemon juice
- 40ml Gin (Beefeater)
Shake hard or blitz with ice in a food processor. Double strain into a frozen collins glass with a rock or two. Top with,
- 100ml IPA, or London Pride, or whatever ale you have available.

Turbo-Ginger-Beer Shandy. Yum!
