Unless you specifically mean the Aprilia? In which case, yes, they've been trying to make this work for years and taking people's money even when it didn't. Allegedly.

I remember reading some time back that Aprilia had a new 2T under development but that it was a side project because they couldn't convinced owner's Piaggio to fund a full R&D. They reckoned at 550cc is was incredible and I'd certainly like them to be correct.
I would be very wary of TSS. They have been promising the same thing as long as I can remember - truly - and some seem less than impressed with the results so far. I'm not convinced the little road 250cc Suzuki sourced engine is built for an overbore. I guess now they've given up and trying with the Yamaha they may have more luck. Many in the US have done the work for them already - buy from them instead!
