The article is a little irritating and patronising. I'm intrigued by the Bamboo. The Citadel looks a bit awkward for sourcing ingredients and the Quinine Cobbler looks to have scary quantities of Angostura.

You don't often see Sherry (or Port) based cocktails. Can you recommend any others?

Bamboo: 40ml Fino Sherry, 40ml Noilly Prat, 2 dashes orange bitters, 2 dashes Angostura, Stirred, stem glass, lemon peel and olive.
