So why is this another round that's not to Dorna's new timetable?

And what exactly was wrong with the old
10.40 STK, 12.00 SBK, 13.30 SSP, 15.30 SBK

And Dorna are still fiddling with the rules for 2015 and 2016. Can they avoid the unintended consequences that end up making the racing more expensive and sponsorship harder to obtain?

Does it have anything to with the F1 race been on? Trying to allow fans of both to watch.

I don't know when the F1 is on to be honest. I don't follow it.

The F1 usually goes off at 1pm UK time.
I know you don't watch it but it was a really interesting topsy turvy qualifying yesterday thanks to our typical UK weather.
In Moto GP terms imagine Tech 3 on the back row, Michael Laverty in the midfield with Marquez just in the top 10. Basically 70% of the field out of position. Its gonna be an interesting race.
