If I may add JB.. I stopped in 1995. I was a 100-120 a day man, totally stressed out at work, where we could still smoke in those days. I and my lady partner had just bought a new house in N.Yorks, and it was expensive.. I sat and worked out what I was spending, and did the decent thing. I stopped. It certainly was NOT easy.. I was awful to live with for maybe 2-3 days.. after that, for peace I determined to be nice.. lol! And I was.. nice. And it worked.. and I have never HAD a single gasper ever since.. NOT ONE.. not ever..good eh. Which proves that anyone can STOP.. even alternative junkies like me.. at the time. Well done you. WF Love the thumbnail.. still got the Velo.?
