20ml Gin
20ml Triple Sec
10ml lemon juice
10ml orange juice
3-6 drops Angostura (to taste)
Shaken and strained into a Martini glass.
One of a range of gin based sours. The orange flavours from the triple sec and juice give it a slightly different variation from, say, the Aviation. The Triple sec could be replaced by one of the orange liqueurs like Grand Marnier for more suaveness.
