Working my way through the gourmet chocolate shops in London. Latest test is William Curley, 198 Ebury Street. Similar style to Artisan du Chocolat. Very good chocolate, interesting flavours. But still a little sweet and a little creamy for my tastes. Paul Young's adult, hard core chocolate is still my favourite. However, I was in Paul Young this week trying to get some Aztec Hot Chocolate+Chilli powder and they no longer do hot chocolate powder at all because their supplier has gone bust and Paul is looking for a machine to produce the right diameter of chocolate nib/powder so they can produce it themselves. Hope they get this sorted soon. As I was in there, I just had to buy 2 choc fudge brownies and a small bag of sea-salt caramels. Those brownies are absolutely outrageous!
