Not really ready for Glastonbury. Got a big pile of absolutely essential things. Now I have to decide which to leave behind so we can get 2 people and all their stuff on a M/C. I can't really believe it's going to be dry all weekend. But if I leave the wellies behind, I just know there'll be thunderstorms.

Last year wasn't too bad. But we got soaked walking from the Sacred Circle area back to the tent right at the very end on Sunday night. 3-4 years ago was proper wet. The Dance field was under a foot of water/mud. I think it'll be fine this year, but it's a bit of a shame if your memories are dominated by the last cold-wet night. I don't mind if there's a bit of short showers but standing (because you can't sit down) trying to watch a band in constant drizzle is no fun.

:-( I would love to have done though.
It was more a comment on the "traditional" glasto weather that gets reported on on the news, when it's wet, but no doubt is ommited from the news as not being "news" if it's dry.
